Vera's Catering started individual orders in 2010; however, the brain behind this great catering services had always been in the catering business even since in the motherland.

Ms. Vera Mingle has always had a passion for cooking and catering for others- satisfying the nutritional needs of others.  Therefore, she devised the idea to start a catering company in 2010 upon realizing the need for authentic African dishes being served to and consumed by natives from the continent who finds themselves in the diaspora and beyond.

 

With a great team and maximum competency, Vera Mingles catering provides catering services for general events, Weddings, Galas, Conferences and Corporate events.
